STEPHEN SINGER

Stephen Singer is an accomplished hospitality and gaming leader.  Mr. Singer most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, a vertically integrated luxury hotel, gaming, entertainment, and meeting destination conceived by Fontainebleau Development. A successful gaming and finance executive, Mr. Singer oversaw operational strategy, content and programming, financial reporting and analysis, revenue optimization, processes and controls, and profitability for the in-progress resort, which is on track to make its global debut in the fourth quarter of 2023.

 

Mr. Singer was appointed to Chief Financial Officer in 2021 after serving as Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Capital Markets for Fontainebleau Development. Previously, he served as Chief Strategy Officer for private real estate and development firm Witkoff, and as a founding partner of strategy, management, and development consulting firm Corvus Collective. Mr. Singer’s career in the hospitality and gaming sectors began at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, focusing on strategic planning initiatives, with direct involvement in the budget and forecasting, valuation, special projects, capital expenditure, and labor.

 

His success on the Las Vegas Strip attracted the attention of Paragon Gaming, a boutique gaming development and management company, where he was involved in the raising of $700 million in development funds for Parq Vancouver, a luxury destination resort in downtown Vancouver. Mr. Singer also played an integral role in Paragon’s successful management of the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. 

 

Mr. Singer has also led the diligence efforts on several development and acquisition opportunities for his clients, and has served as a hospitality consultant, with a specific focus on business planning and development of gaming and hotel properties. 

 

Mr. Singer has an extensive technical and strategic planning background, having worked with a subsidiary of IBM, leading the sales process and implementation of the Cognos financial planning tool in the gaming and hospitality space. His key client engagements included MGM Resorts International, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Treasure Island, Columbia Sportswear, Vizio Televisions, and Illumina. He holds a degree in finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
