Nick McCabe is a seasoned hospitality executive and entrepreneur with 25 years of experience spanning the nightlife, daylife, dining and hotel sectors across multiple continents. Most recently, McCabe served as CEO of iconic Spanish hospitality company Grupo Pacha in Ibiza, driving the international growth of the company's brand portfolio including Pacha nightclub, Lio cabaret supper club, and Destino hotel.

 

Prior to Pacha, McCabe held the position of CEO of Hakkasan Group, responsible for overseeing the company’s entire global portfolio of nightlife, daylife, and dining brands. As well as designing, developing, and launching two $100m+ mixed-use venues in Las Vegas, he oversaw the global expansion of the company’s portfolio, with operations in over sixty venues spanning four continents.

 

Prior to his CEO position, McCabe was the President and COO of the group for four years. In this role, he successfully monitored the development of several business ventures, such as the openings of world-class nightclubs Hakkasan, OMNIA, and Jewel in Las Vegas, the acquisitions of Enlightened Hospitality Group, H.Wood Group, The Light Group, and the expansion of the company’s brand portfolio worldwide.

McCabe joined Hakkasan Group in 2013 following the company's acquisition of Angel Management Group. McCabe took on the role of Vice President of Strategy during his time with AMG, where he championed business development and company strategy while also playing a leading role in securing various acquisitions including Pure Management Group, executing large-scale openings, and managing venues on behalf of both MGM Resorts and Caesars Entertainment.

Prior to his stint in Las Vegas, McCabe was based in Miami and New York, acting as the Creative Director of Track Entertainment following their acquisition of his lifestyle dotcom startup cooljunkie.com. Track was a multi-disciplinary entertainment group with both digital and physical entertainment divisions. In addition to a family of dotcom brands, the company designed and managed large-scale branded music events including Pepsi Smash and Bacardi B-Live.

 

McCabe holds a degree in Graphic Design and in addition to his hospitality skill set, has extensive experience in marketing and branding, having created concepts including OMNIA nightclub and boutique hotel Casa Pacha, as well as having redefined and repositioned the entire brand portfolios of both Pacha and Hakkasan.
